Is this the same as Hennessy Lexus Pickup and Delivery?
No. These are two different services. With Pickup and Delivery, we come to collect your vehicle, service it at our dealership, and return it to you. With Hennessy Lexus Mobile Service, our technician comes to your location and completes the work right there on-site. Depending on your situation, one or both options may be available to you.
Is there a fee for Hennessy Lexus Mobile Service?
For eligible guests, there is no fee. Contact our service team to confirm availability and whether your vehicle and service type qualify for a complimentary visit.
How far will you travel for a mobile service visit?

What are your mobile service hours?
Hennessy Lexus Mobile Service is available Monday through Friday. We are not available on weekends. We recommend scheduling ahead to secure your preferred time slot.
Does my new Lexus include any complimentary service visits?
Yes. Every new Lexus includes the first and second scheduled maintenance visits at no charge. L/Certified by Lexus vehicles receive four complimentary maintenance visits upon purchase. Ask us how Hennessy Lexus Mobile Service can be scheduled around those included visits.
Can I use Lexus service offers and rebates with Mobile Service?
Yes. Eligible Lexus service offers and rebates apply to mobile service visits, except where expressly excluded. Let our team know when scheduling and we'll confirm which offers apply to your appointment.

Yes. Lexus Enform Service Connect monitors your vehicle's health and sends updates on maintenance alerts, fuel level, mileage, and more via email or the Lexus app. Our team stays in touch throughout your visit so you're always informed.
What if I live in a condo or high-rise with a parking deck?
Not a problem. Our technicians are experienced working in urban environments, including parking structures and surface lots. As long as there is safe, accessible space around your vehicle, we can make it work. Call us ahead of your appointment to confirm the setup.
