Lexus has moved back to the top of the list in the 2009 J.D. Power Initial Quality Study, a highly regarded survey of consumers' experiences with their new cars during the first 90 days of ownership. Despite the profusion of Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Veyrons at the Pebble Beach Concours, the Lexus IS F got an inordinate amount of attention.  The parking valet at Spanish Bay couldn't stop talking about it.
